Who is La Noche?

My name is Brandon a.k.a La Noche and welcome to the start of your new life. Over the years my training has been highly sought after and I have only given my time to a small number of clients who have seen tremendous results. Being able to share my energy and knowledge is a special gift that God has given me to bless others with, so here I am paying GOD'S BLESSING FORWARD.
 

Where did it all began for me? It all began July 2013 in the middle of Kabul, Afghanistan. I was on a deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and I simply sought after a stress reliever, somewhere I could relax, somewhere I felt at home, and the gym became this for me. In the middle of war, I found peace within the gym and instantly fell in love with the pain, mental, and SPIRITUAL GROWTH.

Since the start of my journey I have competed on a National Level within Men’s Physique bodybuilding,

which is the true art of sculpting the body. Your body is essentially a block of marble that can be sculpted

into anything you envision it to be. The only thing it takes is an artist, that artist is you. You can create

your masterpiece by applying hard work, consistency, and discipline. The weight is your paint brush and

the nutrition is your paint. You will leave my training mentally and physically tougher. This is more than training, this is GROWTH. 

As a National Association of Sports Medicine Certified Nutrition Specialist, I've been able to create the right formula for many individuals to achieve their goals and live a healthier lifestyle, but most of all a

CONFIDENT ONE.
 

Now here is where I could list all the trophies I’ve won and so on, and brag about how I coached myself to winning first place at a NPC bodybuilding show. However, there’s essentially no point. What truly matters? What truly matters is that I change your body and help you achieve your goals right? You’re looking for someone who lives, breathes, and dreams fitness day in and day out.
